By having the necessary access to capital to support its acquisition program, Max MRI is able to compete the acquisition process quickly and confidentially. Max MRI evaluates all acquisition candidates, and based on that evaluation, may acquire all or a portion of the existing business. Preferred acquisition candidates include:
● Individual imaging facilities in Max MRI’s existing marketplace
● Clusters of imaging centers located in a contiguous market
● Large, regional networks in a new market area
● Large, national networks
